1. Before purchasing
The company operating this website is the seller. Review the listing, available documents, warranty disclosures, applicable charges and delivery arrangements before bidding or selecting Buy It Now. Our auctions are fully online; on-site vehicle inspections are not available. Contact the team about missing information before committing.
2. Purchase and approval
A winning bid or confirmed Buy It Now purchase creates an order in My account → Purchases. Complete the requested buyer and delivery details. The company contacts the buyer, reviews the purchase and issues its invoice through the order workspace. An order record alone is not proof of payment or transfer of title. Completed workflow steps become read-only; contact support for corrections.
3. Verification and payment
The company may request identity verification through your private purchase workspace. Upload requested documents only through that workspace. Follow the invoice payment instructions and verify the payee through a trusted contact channel before transferring funds. Uploaded payment evidence is reviewed by the company; an upload alone does not confirm cleared payment. The website does not automatically charge a card.
4. Delivery and title
Our auctions are fully online, with no on-site vehicle inspections available. We provide clear photos and accurate descriptions. Delivery is included.
We do not ship internationally. US delivery only, per our shipping terms.
We arrange delivery to the confirmed delivery address after the required approvals and payment confirmation. When available, tracking shows the planned route and updates recorded by the company; it is not continuous GPS tracking. Our team will confirm the delivery schedule and required title documents with you. Contact the company if delivery is delayed or an update is incorrect.
5. Cancellation and refunds
A US vehicle purchase does not automatically carry a general three-day cancellation right. Any cancellation or return right depends on applicable law and the written terms of the transaction. These terms do not waive rights relating to misrepresentation, required disclosures, warranties, delivery or other mandatory protections.
Contact the company promptly with your order number and the reason for a cancellation, return or refund request. The absence of a cancellation button does not remove a legal right. Any agreed or legally required refund is handled by the selling company through the applicable payment arrangement.
6. Taxes and vehicle disclosures
Delivery is included. Confirm sales or use tax, title and registration charges before purchase. Amounts and obligations depend on the buyer’s location and transaction. Review the required Buyers Guide for a covered used vehicle and retain your purchase and warranty documents. State law may limit as-is sales or provide additional remedies.
7. Questions and complaints
Contact the team with the lot number, purchase date, a description of the issue and supporting documents. State the resolution requested. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details. Keep your transaction documents and correspondence.
