1. About these terms
These terms govern use of this vehicle auction website. Our business details appear on the Company information page. We sell the vehicles listed on this website and issue your purchase invoice. Vehicle-specific sale documents identify the company and applicable commercial terms. Read those documents and clarify any missing information before bidding or purchasing.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and use only an account you are authorised to control. You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant transaction; business representatives must have authority to act for their organisation. An active buyer account is required to bid or use Buy It Now. Administrators cannot purchase through an administrator account.
Account access may be restricted for suspected misuse or inaccurate information. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
3. Vehicle information
Review the photographs, mileage, specifications, reported damage, location and available documentation. Ask about missing details before committing. Photographs do not replace an inspection or establish roadworthiness, ownership, registration eligibility or the absence of defects. Our auctions are fully online, and no on-site vehicle inspections are available.
4. Bidding
Each listing displays its bidding currency. The first bid must meet the starting price; later bids must meet the displayed minimum increment. Bids are submitted manually: the platform does not automatically bid up to a maximum on your behalf. A leading bidder cannot raise their own bid until another buyer outbids them.
Submit a bid only if you intend to complete the purchase at that amount. Accepted bids cannot be withdrawn through the account interface. Contact support promptly about an error; statutory rights are not removed by the absence of a self-service cancellation control.
5. Auction closing
The server clock determines when bidding closes. Only the first accepted bid may shorten the remaining time to the limit shown on the listing. A shorter countdown remains unchanged. A separate late-bid rule restores the response time shown on the listing when a bid arrives near closing. The highest accepted bidder is recorded as the winner when the auction ends. An auction without bids ends unsold. There is no hidden reserve price.
The displayed countdown and live prices are periodically refreshed. The server checks the current state before accepting any transaction.
6. Buy It Now
Where offered, an active buyer may confirm a purchase at the displayed Buy It Now price while the auction is live. Confirmation closes the auction immediately and records that buyer as the purchaser. Other bids or purchase attempts will then be rejected. Auction bids must stay below that price.
A purchase record is not a payment receipt or a transfer-of-title document. Payment, vehicle release and ownership documentation are arranged separately with the selling company.
7. Prices and completion
Our auctions are fully online, with no on-site vehicle inspections available. We provide clear photos and accurate descriptions. Delivery is included.
We do not ship internationally. US delivery only, per our shipping terms.
We do not automatically charge your card. Follow the payment instructions on your invoice. Confirm taxes, paperwork, payment method and any other applicable seller charges before participating. The seller must communicate the applicable total price and payment arrangements.
Our team arranges delivery after the required approvals and payment confirmation. Details appear in the Purchase & Cancellation Policy.
8. Fair use and availability
Do not manipulate prices, submit bids without an intention to purchase, impersonate others, access another user’s account, or interfere with the service. Protect your login credentials and report suspected unauthorised activity.
Network interruptions can delay or prevent a submission. A browser action alone is not confirmation: check the accepted result in your account. An administrator may cancel an open auction; cancellation is recorded in the activity log and bid history is retained.
9. Complaints, rights and applicable rules
Raise a complaint through the Contact page with your lot number, transaction details and the outcome requested. Applicable consumer protections and other mandatory rights remain available. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of cancellation, warranty or compensation rights.
Applicable mandatory consumer laws remain effective. Contact the selling company with a dispute; you may also contact the appropriate consumer protection agency. No exclusive court, arbitration requirement or waiver of statutory remedies is created by these terms.
US sales disclosures
For US transactions, applicable federal and state consumer, dealer, title and warranty requirements apply. Review the vehicle-specific warranty disclosures and any required FTC Buyers Guide before purchase. A vehicle history or inspection report does not replace a required Buyers Guide. An as-is limitation applies only where lawful and properly disclosed; these terms do not create a blanket warranty disclaimer.
Sales or use tax, title and registration charges depend on the transaction and destination. Delivery is included. Confirm any applicable charges with the selling company before committing. The business details on the Company information page identify the selling company. Mandatory protections applicable to your transaction remain in effect.
10. Updates and related policies
Review the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Purchase & Cancellation Policy alongside these terms. Updates will show a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively remove mandatory rights or alter a completed transaction without a valid legal basis.
